Intensive In-Home Clinical & Therapeutic Services (IIH):
This unique clinical program is the original program offered by TeamUP Counseling, beginning in March 2014. This program is designed to address the emotional needs of a young person living with a developmental disability. IIH clinical services are offered by a licensed clinician who has been approved by the NJ Children's System of Care. IIH clinical program participants must be determined eligible to receive services by the Division of Developmental Disabilities prior to enrollment.
Intensive In-Community Services (IIC):
This program is offered to young people who have not yet been determined eligible to receive services by the Division of Developmental Disabilities. IIC services are offered by a licensed clinician with the aim of addressing emotional and behavioral needs of a young person within the home and community setting. This program was added in May 2015.
Biopsychosocial Needs Assessments (BPS):
BPS Assessments are completed by a licensed clinician for young people who are entering the NJ Children's System of Care. This assessment determines the most appropriate treatment recommendation for young people seeking services.
We are a contracted treatment provider through the NJ Children's System of Care. Qualified families may participate in counseling services at no cost. To determine if your child is eligible for clinical & therapeutic services, please contact PerformCare for more information.
